Garlic-Yogurt Dip or Dressing


Garlic and fresh herbs star in this creamy yogurt-based dressing. Dip fresh vegetables or just about anything in it for a quick, refreshing flavor.

Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients (1 cup)
  • 1 cup strained plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh mint leaves
  • 1/8 teaspoon course sea salt
  • Fresh ground black pepper to taste

Preparation

In a medium bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth and creamy. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk to combine.
