Ingredients (4 servings)
- 3 cup frozen pitted cherries
- 6 tablespoons skim (or part-skim) ricotta
- 3 tablespoon toasted slivered almonds
Toasted Almonds
Place almonds in a heavy, ungreased skillet and stir over medium heat until golden brown.
Preparation
- Heat cherries in the microwave on High until warm, 1 to 2 minutes.
- Top the cherries with ricotta and almonds…sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
